The issue affecting fra1-bv-021 has now been resolved.
Affected VPS services should shortly begin booting back online. If your VPS has not come back online yet, please check the control panel and make sure the VPS is powered on.
All data on the node remains intact.

Connectivity issues affecting Ashburn and Dallas (Cosmicguard)

Between approximately 02:00 and 03:00 BST today, CosmicGuard applied further changes to the affected mitigation rules. Our monitoring shows connectivity has recovered across the previously impacted ISPs and locations, and the issue now appears resolved.
If you are still experiencing connection problems to Ashburn (VA) or Dallas (TX), please open a ticket and include MTR logs from the affected source so we can investigate further.

Telia Link - The Telia link was restored last night at approximately 7:00 PM CST and has remained stable since. While we observed normal light levels and no errors on the port on our end, we proactively replaced the optic, which appears to have resolved the issue.
GTT Link - The GTT port showed similar symptoms—normal light levels with no errors. We replaced that optic yesterday as well, but the link continued to experience problems. GTT was scheduled to...
