This issue has now been resolved. All connections in our Frankfurt, Germany location should be stable, with no further disconnections or packet loss.

Our investigation identified internal traffic as the cause of the disruption. We have made adjustments to our network equipment to prevent this from happening again.

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues affecting all services in our Frankfurt, Germany location. Customers may experience intermittent disconnections and packet loss on their services.

Our team is aware and actively investigating our infrastructure, working alongside our partners to identify the root cause. At this time, the cause remains unconfirmed.

We have ruled out upstream providers and can confirm there are no connectivity issues at the datacenter level.

We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
