All services are online

Between 02:13 and 09:02 BST on 9 October 2026, VPS services on one of our Frankfurt hypervisors were unavailable or degraded. A filesystem problem on the host stopped it working normally and needed a manual repair. The host is back online and all VPS on it are running again. If your VPS is still unreachable or you see file or disk errors, please open a support ticket. We are reviewing the cause and will take steps to prevent a repeat.

Update: The scheduled carrier fiber maintenance in Frankfurt appears to have been completed, and connectivity has returned. Monitoring confirmed the affected Frankfurt services became reachable again at approximately 00:57 BST (23:57 UTC). We will continue monitoring the location through the remainder of the maintenance window.
