This has now been resolved. Cloudflare rectified the mistake and removed our IP prefixes from their announcement. Thank you for your patience.

There should be improvements already. We've got in touch with Cloudflare and they are escalating this internally for permanent resolution.

We are aware of the current network issues affecting our Frankfurt, Germany location. This disruption occurred because our IPs were unexpectedly re-added to Cloudflare possibly by our previous DDoS protection (great) provider, causing traffic to be routed through Cloudflare instead of our intended network paths. As a result, the affected IPs may appear offline for some users.

Our team is actively investigating and working to restore normal routing as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.
